Over the next couple of years, there will be plenty of Marvel content for fans to pour over. Across TV and movies, the company will be bringing a number of new characters to life and continuing the adventures of its core heroes. All of this work—at least on the film side—will culminate a little over a year from now in next summer’s Avengers: Infinity War. While the details of the project remain tightly locked down, we’ve at least heard that just about every superhero we’ve meet so far in the theaters will be showing up to battle Thanos and his minions....

On September 30th, AT&T updated its iPad-optimized U-verse app with the ability to stream live television. Over 100 channels can be streamed to the iPad app while you are in your U-verse connected home, and a growing list of 20 channels can be streamed while you are away from home. AT&T just put up a lengthy response to the FaceTime controversy it started when it announced that only users of its new, more expensive Mobile Share Plans may use Apple’s feature. In short, AT&T says it is not bound by FCC Net Neutrality laws on FaceTime because it is a pre-installed App and can be disabled to the carrier’s liking. If FaceTime was a downloadable app, AT&T would be forced by FCC Net Neutrality laws to allow it to work properly....
