When Apple iOS has a huge spectrum of products running iOS, Android OS has a huge library of smartphone makers signed up and Asus is one of them. Google who develops Android released a new version i.e. Android 10 on September 3 officially thereby unleashing the stock ROM to all Pixel and Essential phones on the same day. Furthermore, Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro became the first non-Pixel device to get the update followed by OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro among others.
Note that Google has officially confirmed that it will name all upcoming Android OSes numerically which is universal compared to the dessert nomenclature that Android has been using for a decade now. As per the timeline, smartphone makers will soon roll out Android 10 in phases with those parts of Project Treble getting the upgrade first followed by others. Although Asus Zenfone Live L2 is not a part of Project Treble, it runs on Android Oreo out-of-the-box so it is highly likely to get Android 10 as well.
