One of the quests that you get to experience in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is the hunt for Viper eggs. When you are exploring the city of Ledecestre in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, you will find a mystery landmark in the underneath of the city near the border. Underneath, in the sewers of the city, you will find an older woman.
She will request you to bring her viper eggs. However, her demand for viper eggs is quite insatiable. Once you get her the viper eggs, she will ask for more. In fact, every time you get her more viper eggs, she will keep asking for more and more.
Now finding the viper eggs is a time consuming and tedious job. The eggs are dropped by snakes. You have to defeat the snakes in England to obtain their eggs.

Since the mystery can be found underneath Ledecestre, in the sewers, you have to keep close to the river. Along this river, you will find the entrance to the sewers somewhere. The entrance shall take you to the mystery location. You will find some vipers also in the sewers.
The eggs you get from these vipers in the sewers will initially be sufficient for the old lady. But as her demand for viper eggs increases, you have to search for vipers at other locations in the surrounding area.
You will find vipers, right across the riverbank, underneath the bridges leading to Ledecestre and other such places when you start exploring the city. However, the best place to look for more vipers eggs is caves and marshes, where the chances of spotting snakes are higher.
You can find a few viper eggs alongside the river every time you go down the river. You need to take down a viper and grab its eggs. Sometimes killing the viper does not give you any eggs, but it does most of the time. So keep trying. In further search of the viper eggs, you can go further downstream and search the nearby islands. You can find vipers by the Isle of Ely Monastery, Middleton, Utbech, and many more watery areas.
However, to start the search, you should begin in Ledecestre and head around to the sync point. From here, you should aim straight ahead for the Iamworth Fortress. Once inside, jump onto the rooftop of the fortress. Now with a rope, get on to the watchtower. Now jump down and out of the fort and to the north. There is a rock outcrop you will spot a small group of vipers.
You will have to give the old woman a total of nine eggs. She will first ask for two eggs, then for three, and then for four. You have to keep going back in the sewers to her and hand over the batches of eggs. This will add up to a total of nine. This with satisfies the old woman who will then give you an air-filled surprise and the key as a reward.
